ABOUT THE BUSINESS

At Spruce + Sage Design Co., our approach is Balanced Living Through Transformative Design. Achieving balance in life is critical for our physical and emotional well being. The environment that we live in should create balance and be a sanctuary for us. By incorporating universal design principles, we design interiors that function well by balancing the needs of all. This results in a home that is welcoming to everyone — aging parents, young children and people with mobility challenges.

Our designs balance adaptability and safety with style and comfort. Our goal is to provide innovative solutions for future lifestyle changes and transform your home to help you Age Well in Place. We identify each client’s specific needs to proactively plan their renovation and design a timeless livable home to enjoy now and in the future.

If you are like 85% of Canadians over 55, you want to remain in your home regardless of any change in your health. We build adaptability into your renovation to allow your home to move forward with you.

We also work with clients that want to downsize from their current home. We provide assistance with making the move as seamless as possible and design your new home to be beautiful and functional.
